The 2023 Victorian Champions are:

Novice B (SOM and Medley) – Scotch College (Melbourne) Pipe and Drums No.2;

Novice A – Haileybury Pipes and Drums No.1;

Grade 4B – The Scots School Albury Pipe Band;

Grade 4A – Haileybury Pipes and Drums No.1;

Grade 3 – City of Melbourne Highland Pipe Band No.1

Grade 2 – Hawthorn Pipe Band
