Pipe bands have been part of Nicolette’s life since meeting her husband almost 30 years ago. With her husband and now two sons all playing the bagpipes, Nicolette stepped into the role of Assistant Secretary with Pipe Bands Queensland and assisted in the organising and running of the 2018 Australian Pipe Band Championships.
