First established in 1894, the Pipes & Drums of the Royal Caledonian Society iis recognised as the oldest civilian pipe band in the Southern Hemisphere. We foster the learning and playing of traditional Scottish music on the Great Highland Bagpipe, and Scottish drums. We are proud to represent the Royal Caledonian Society and our passion for the pipes and drums always reflects in our engaging and energetic performances. The Pipes & Drums of the Royal Caledonian Society has a wealth of experience performing at public and private engagements on a local, national and international stage. Previous notable engagements have included events in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Edinburgh (Scotland), Basel (Switzerland) and Windsor (England).
