Three recipients have been named for the 2020 Peter Cook Piping Scholarship awarded annually through a bequest from Peter’s estate and administered jointly by Pipe Bands Australia and the Victorian Highland Pipe Band Association.

Applications for the 2020 Peter Cook Scholarship to assist in the encouragement and advancement of pipers will close next Tuesday 30 June.
